About 

Having experience in  architectural and building Construction Industry from 14.5 years , I have expertise for successful project delivery in both consultancy and contracting domains for various Residential , Commercial , Mix used and Industrial Projects of mega scale complex projects   . With the advantage of my combined knowledge of Architecture and project management  I can plan , execute and Control the projects of any complexity . In addition , I can formulate multiple policies , action plans  and processes to enhance and ensure the  the delivery of project objectives from strategic to task level . 

I holds  Master’s Degree in Project Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and having multiple Memberships to continuously improve and connected to standard practices . I am an associate member of American Institute of Architects (AIA ) , Saudi Council for Engineers ( SCE - Professional Grade ) , Project Management Institute (PMI) , Pakistan Council of Architects and Town planners ( PCATP) and Institute of Architects of Pakistan ( IAP - Associate member).  I have also acquired certification in applied project management by using Primavera p6 and has completed Project management industrial training . Currently I am preparing for ARE Exams ( through Foreign Architect Path Method of NCARB ,US) and maintains a valid record with NCARB .

• Responsible for Complete Design Management and Design review of multiple projects from initiation to project delivery in compliance with multiple authorities and regulatory compliance which includes Saudi Building Codes , TATWEER , BALADI regulations and MODON for multiple commercial, residential and industrial design. The scope of work includes but not limited to conduct predesign meetings , acquiring client requirements ( Value based stewardship for all stakeholders) , predesign project evaluations , conceptual design formulation , Detailed design and preparation of tender documents ( including tender Drawings , specifications and BOQ) .
• Design Review for the multiple progressive design projects ( Coordinative ) from preconcept till final detailed drawings with obtaining building permits under Local and International codes compliance .It involves design and management of a complete workflow system with successful coordination among cross departmental teams and tracking progress by using Trello Software following scrum methodology . In addition , follows agile and situational leadership to support and manage productions, targeted profits ,Project Schedule along with applying risk responses criteria (preventative measures ) and use crashing or Fastrack techniques to schedule management when required . Involves in Architectural , Structural , Safety and MEP design coordination to resolve any interdisciplinary conflicts during Design reviews and detailing .
• Stakeholder and risk management throughout project lifecycle .
• Provide assistance and support in designing appropriate construction details based on specific client requirements and ensuring the application of architectural standards for fixation and connections between various materials and assemblies as per their data sheet requirements including their substrate preparations with a focus at constructability and market availability for fabrication ( Value Engineering ).
