In addition , follows agile and situational leadership to support and manage productions, targeted profits ,Project Schedule along with applying risk responses criteria (preventative measures ) and use crashing or Fastrack techniques to schedule management when required . Involves in Architectural , Structural , Safety and MEP design coordination to resolve any interdisciplinary conflicts during Design reviews and detailing .
• Stakeholder and risk management throughout project lifecycle .
• Provide assistance and support in designing appropriate construction details based on specific client requirements and ensuring the application of architectural standards for fixation and connections between various materials and assemblies as per their data sheet requirements including their substrate preparations with a focus at constructability and market availability for fabrication ( Value Engineering ).
