The house with an area of about 500m2 is located in the northern part of the plot to achieve a larger south-eastern yard and distance from the residential buildings in the neighboring properties. The three wings form a courtyard space between them. At an elevation of ±0.00, they are fully glazed and provide direct access to it through sliding doors.

The car collection turns the garage into a multi-purpose area. Apart from an exhibition area with a direct visual connection to the entrance area, the vestibule, the living room and the courtyard space, it is also an extension of the living area for party events.

The construction of the building is prefabricated steel. The roofs of the left and right wings are gabled with sheet metal or wooden cladding, and the middle wing has a flat, green roof. The facades have a finishing layer of sheet metal or wooden cladding.
