Taking as its premise the great for housing in the country, which has created havoc at the urban, arises the idea of desining a kind of kit houses (prefabricated), which are easy to install and can be placed in a spot pensing, thus making use of various areas of the city, which have not been inhabited by collapse of possible scenarios, taking into account that most neighborhoods, 70% are poor neighborhoods and scarce resources to pay for labour and materials.

The design is based on a repeatable module, which will allow the existence of the various spaces needed to establish a home, being located well within the model executed (prototype) the social areas: kitchen and living room at the top of the structure and private rooms at the bottom of it, so as to filter the uses of all publications in the most private, topped with priviledge view in the area of the rooms.

Structurally takes the idea of the spine, location in downtown modules, the tank storage of drinking water, serving as a backup main entire structure. The housing is raised and proposed structure with metal and its enclosures by a panel consisting of prefabricated: a metal sheet (losacero) + expanded polyurethane, which serves as thermal insulation + sheets of dry wall for easy replacement, cleanning and decorating individual.

This proposal seeks to improve the existing problem, trying to generate a package that was reached to sell in big chains of constructions at affordable prices, with the premise: ´´Do it yourself´´, where the user make the minimum possible cost, and has quality house.
