Community Education: Key to the society evolution.

Educate citizen is paramount for the growth of a city, there was a need to promote its habitants to have a basic quality of education, based on learning from the early age. Such education should be guided under the framework of social evolution, so that the city can grow in parallel with its habitants.

Over the years, and because of that little attention has been the rural sector in Venezuela, has led a process of migration from the countryside to the urban centers in search of a better quality of life, thereby giving rise settlements, creating communities without basic services, which must be provided by the city. All this is caused by lack of planning their settlements, making it difficult subsequently joining city services, so that motivated us to give our contribution to improving partner – an educational community of this nature.

The sector´s status in relation to the city is alarming because it seems to be a forgotten community within a city and macro sector with a booming growth, which is not commensurate with the development of neighborhood, isolation and creating increasingly violent contrasts building of great architectural value. The people who live there are working class, characterized by being young with a number not less than 2 children per couple, the security level is low because of the few activities to support and educate the people sector, and spaces idlers existing become scenarios with criminal intent.

The neighborhood has a large expanse of land, which is part of the auction or closure of the sector, which enjoys an outstanding variable topography where competing roads and sidewalks, both proposals as spontaneous, that allow easy pedestrian access to the vicinity of lot, coupled with a vision toward the entire Turbio Valley doing well there that the building proposal will become one of the main facades of the city.

The proposes was a Center of a Community Service, building to help their integral development, with various spaces educational, recreational and health, both open and closed, public and private activities that generate up to education, and sensitizing the population and improving that living conditions of habitants.

The compound will be divided into three areas: the first part devoted to education, specially education in a early age, characterized by the space need to teach and help the whole child growth, as a key element in the growth sector which habits the area library, so as to promote the general culture (habit of reading) within the sector, and the area of community education, characterized by having numerous classrooms and workshops where they can make up activities that help to growth adult staff, building public spaces characterized by having multi-which help to promote cultural, social, sports, etc, became a meeting place for residents of the sector.

According to a number of activities that will contain the building, which have spatial characteristics that differ primarily by the user, generated a duality of conditions, both public and private, that is, taking as its premise that the center seeks cover community needs, there is a public area: one that can be frequented by any habitant of the sector, which must maintain a restricted access and use only for students and staff working there, ensuring the proper learning and thus good education of the infant, any activity in general is broken by the presence of another.
