Draft multiresidential in the downtown, rather than big swing at the enterprise level, where are located most of the business office buildings, both public and private. 

Barquisimeto downtown lacks of green spaces for the development of its people, thereby building has raised as a major axis main green area which serves as a handle to fit simple and duplex interspersed  among themselves according to the floor, thus complying with recreational functions proposed in the design every 2 levels,  with natural ventilation systems, with the facilities necessary for a smooth functioning and its system of emergency stairs, this approach  is established as a main parameter for development of the entire building because of the little square footage in the area to develop.

Significantly, the main facade of the building is west facade, which according to its geographical position, is sunshine in the afternoon, therefore it was necessary to compensate for that great sunshine with a big green mass that would serve as a natural mattress and assist in ventilation of individual apartments.
