The Modelle Zola Building is located in the town of Wilde, District of Avellaneda, Province of Buenos Aires.

It consists of a total of 32 units distributed in 8 high floors.

On the first floor there is pedestrian and vehicular access, 8 uncovered parking spaces, as well as a pumping room, electricity and gas meters, a space for a transformer chamber, an auxiliary porter's lodge and a general storage room.

Each floor is organized with 4 units, two at the front and two at the back.

Units A and C are two-room units that optimize views and natural lighting through two large windows.

Units B and D are single-room units and were designed with a sequential concept of space and living that allows for the division of the living areas from the hygiene area to the sleeping area.

All units are prepared for both residential and professional use.
