The building at 2162 Entre Rios is the first building of our firm built under the rules of the new Urban Code of the City in force since December 27, 2018.It is located in Constitución neighborhood, meters away from the intersection of Caseros and Entre Rios Avenues.The area is undergoing a transformation process due to the proximity of the Technological District of the City.It consists of a total of 63 units and a commercial space distributed between first floor and 10 floors with an additional level where the multipurpose room, grill, auxiliary bathroom, compactor room, maintenance space and water reserve tanks are located.In the basement are located the parking services for bicycles, pumping room, electricity and gas meters and space for the transformer chamber of the electric company.Each floor is organized with six units, divided into two blocks of three units each, separated by a fire staircase and a regulatory courtyard. Each of these blocks has four one-room front dwelling units and a divisible room. The floor plan is completed by two studio units that open onto the courtyard of the complex.
