This planned community was to be a high-end residential gated community. Phillips’ team prepared entry designs that took on the theme of a lake front project.  Since the community was to be oriented around one of the large lakes in the Las Colinas master plan.

Phillips created playground designs, pavilion designs, a lake front walkway with lighting along the concrete trail. Security fencing and gates lead to the water edge walkway.

Mr. Phillips prepared these designs in 2005.
