This planned community had been platted without open space designs.  Phillips was selected to prepare designs for open space, recreation centers and project entrees.

Phillips’ team created playground designs, overlook plazas and arbor shade structures all long the central greenbelt park space in the community.  Additionally, Phillips created the entry gateway designs to reflect a timeless ‘garden’ design that celebrated the creek that ran through the center of the planned community and the greenbelt park.

Mr. Phillips prepared these designs in 2006.
