The aim of the project was to achieve the client Yash Chopra’s dream – to create a world-class film-shooting studio encompassing all facilities required for all personnel involved in the shoot.

A first of its kind project, this is India’s first in – sync recording studio where sound can be recorded during the video take. The studio is designed for acoustic quality & is highly versatile with a specially devised studio lighting system to create required lighting effects in the minimum time.

A three storey high atrium with a cascading waterfall, planters and shaded pergolas forms a beautiful light filled transition space for visitors, celebrities & staff.

While achieving the highest standards of efficiency & excellence, all the aspects of film making are honed in this complex – filming, recording, editing, preview, story development, production offices, set design, set production, set storage & film archiving.
