Renovation of a middle-unit, dark and sad condominium in the hip Silver

Lake neighborhood. Took full advantage of the Southern California
living and turned the deck into an outdoor living area where most guests
would congregate. Pulling out all the 80's sheet vinyl, carpet and
particle board cabinets. Purposefully reused and refurbished materials
and refinished the floors into a modern industrial feel with shabby-chic
furnishings.
