Full gut and remodel of an historically contributing 4-square craftsman.
The exterior was barely touched. But the interior blew out some walls
and added a few back to open up the main floor, add a powder room and a
master bath, while also turning a mostly inhabitable basement into full
use. Trying to stay within the historic character of the neighborhood
and house while also modernizing and future proofing the interior.
Almost everything was replaced. Once fully carpeted, now stained and
finished original wood flooring throughout.
