Both of these visualizations were done for the same client for sites in Southington, CT.    The top image of the parking lot was requested to illustrate to the owner what the proposed plantings would look like in different locations as well as illustrating to the town how the materiality was going to work on site once the project was completed.  The same goes for the middle and lower image of a proposed office.  The owner desired to know how the building would look realized, not just black and white.  My client requested a rendering from me, and this was the result, which he also framed for his booth in a local builders expo.
