Located in Roxbury, CT, this house was built in the 1800’s and still stands as sturdy and as beautiful as it did when it was first constructed.  The client for this project needed as as-built of the house done since he was planning on doing a sizable addition and needed the current measurements for consideration.  While I was measuring, we discussed his plans for painting the exterior as well.   He then tasked me with modeling the structure for the purpose of performing color studies.  The top right image was the final color he chose, based off of the large image seen above.  The smaller images are renderings for other colors considered.
