This building needed to demonstrate its ability to comply with the local zoning ordinance and the latest NYS Building Code. Each floor was surveyed and documented. This project was a great exercise when determining occupancy load & adjacency requirements, fire rated separation, maximum egress travel distances, signage requirements, etc.
