Learning Objective: This poster explores the process of developing the prototype for an app, JustCheckin’In, as a support system for students, instructors, and staff during a study abroad experience.

The intent is that a checklist within an app becomes a form of ritual, creating a sense of mattering for the students throughout each phase of the study abroad process.
