Svigals + Partners an Architecture, Art, and Master Planning design firm, is founded upon a belief that fundamental human needs and aspirations have remained unchanged for thousands of years. In all of our work, we have endeavored to explore these lessons of humanity in our architecture and its relationship to natural surroundings. We bring an understanding of present-day technologies and discoveries to inform how integrated living environments can be nurtured in the contemporary world. We begin with a respect for the mission of a building’s inhabitants which is extended to the existing built and natural surroundings.

Svigals + Partners is located in the center of the Ninth Square, a revitalized area of historic 19th and early-20th century buildings located just one block from New Haven City Hall and the New Haven Green and two blocks from the central campus of Yale University. Our section of downtown New Haven is filled with dozens of high-end restaurants, recording studios, art galleries, shops, lounges, grocery stores, artist lofts and cafes, as well as several dozen of the city's leading architecture and design firms.
