ESTATE SITE STRUCTURES, MILL VALLEY, CALIFORNIA

The owner of an adjacent home overlooking San Francisco Bay bought this property to expand his hillside gardens. He had the existing house razed and is in the process of building the site structures shown.  Note that the new concrete deck, laterally supported in part by a steel frame, will be covered with soil to form a new terrace that ties into an existing wrap-around wood deck.  New site structures include retaining walls, concrete stairs, and a new orchid house.
