As part of a whole-home renovation, several major spaces were completely re-designed and reconstructed
The master bathroom was completely gutted, re-structured and re-laid out for better function. A free-standing tub and double sided fireplace under a generous skylight are the central feature in this room. Includes radiant floor heating system.
Space carved out from a larger room provided for a new guest bathroom shared between two bedrooms. This bath is now a private guest bathroom with custom tiled shower and frameless enclosure, glass tile mosaic flooring, custom built-in field painted vanity with a granite top, undermount Porcher sink and Brizo faucets. Wall sconces and hung mirror complete the warm ambiance.
Another existing bathroom was completely re-laid out to incorporate previously lost space and allow for sharing between two bedrooms along with a radiant floor heating system and similar luxury finishes.
The existing kitchen layout was retained but all existing cabinets were completely re-finished. New lighting, tile, counters and appliances were installed and the existing wood floors re-finished with walnut stain and wax. Some partitions were re-arranged to allow for new ovens.
