Use tilt-up concrete techniques to design single-family home in California that may be prone to dangerous wildfires. To combat this, the home was designed around a pool in a u-shape. A breezeway is used by sectioning off parts of the home to buffer the spread of fire.
Won first place in the National TCA/PCA competition in 2008.
