• Managed multi-phase, construction, move/relocation, interior design, space planning and refinishing project.
• Managed the production of architectural/interior construction documents in coordination with other design disciplines (MEP engineers, audio visual, acoustical and lighting consultants).
• Design, develop and implement move logistics and space use plan for all 800+ relocated OCC employees.
• Oversaw the operation and management of the OCC’s IWMS system, used for space planning (space use optimization) departmental move planning and the tracking of move service request and organizational “head counts” nationwide.
• Analyze, identify potential and actual project risks. Assess the impact on project scope, schedule, quality and cost. Implemented corrective actions.
• Generate a variety of documents including requirement/design specifications, contracts, schedules, employee reviews, project reports, meeting agendas, minutes, status reports and email.
