A new 57,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility to house the newly developed Fort Bend campus.  The facility houses campus leadership, student services, technical labs, technology and environmental learning spaces, general classrooms and testing facilities.  As the new center of campus, the building also includes learning commons, bookstore, cafe, multipurpose/media space.  Designed with a street concept, the main streets/corridors are lit with natural light from clerestories and light wells above bisecting the large open ceiling lobby with stair and elevator.  Many places along the streets are places to site and study, relax or collaborate.  The exterior is concrete tilt, various metal panel systems and curtainwall glazing to match the campus look.  An onsite pond and pedestrian bridge tie in the main boulevard that bisects the campus and connects the future third building for the new campus. Construction completed by August 2017.
