A new nearly 120,000 square foot education facility at TSTC's newly master planned campus in Rosenberg, TX. Facility will house educational courses for welding, advanced pipe, and the like trades. Constructed as a hybrid of pre-engineered framing with insulated panels and tilt-up concrete, the building will house the campus' enrollment and faculty/staff offices until the construction of the Academic Building the following year. Construction completed August 2016.
