Development of an historic building into 35 Luxury Condominiums, Bronxville, NY
Assisted with on site construction management using Procore, a professional construction management software package.  Responsibilities included tracking submittals, responding to RFI's and sending out and managing bid packages.  Additional responsibilities included updating the project model on a regular basis to produce a highly detailed 3D model in Revit, and then performing clash detection on the coordinated model in Navisworks.
