Schematic design proposal for new tenant configuration of retail space on the second floor.  The design challenge centered around customer circulation from the ground floor to the second floor.  Issues included installation of a new escalator in a building built in 1907.  Separating the retail tenants from the office tenants and making sure the proposed scheme was code compliant.
