The project is now one of the largest and most visible mixed-use projects in the region, and has become the Global Headquarters for Aramark, the food service, facilities.  Varenhorst and Gensler collaborated on the design, incorporating adaptive re-use of the existing building, and new construction. Final version houses over half a million square feet of office space, telecommunications, restaurant, retail, hospitality and a specialty recreational health.
