A 35 acre sports park boasting 4 “Major League Replica” baseball fields, 2 “Minor League” softball fields, 2 indoor-style soccer arenas, and a batting cage. The project is served by a 15,000 s.f. “Stadium Club” restaurant located at the nexus of the four replica fields, a separate 3,000 s.f. Concessions building, a 4,600 s.f. Administration building, and a small pre-engineered maintenance building. Owned by the County of Riverside and operated by Big League Dreams Sports Parks, the facility hosts youth and adult baseball and softball leagues, tournaments, and corporate events.
Responsibilities: Acted as Project Manager for the architectural side of the project through all phases with oversight from senior Pitassi staff. Designed buildings based on BLD prototype plans, and developed new design for the Concessions building. Conducted all aspects of Construction Administration relating to buildings.
