A municipal maintenance facility, service yard, and administration center for the city of Indio’s Public Works Department and the Indio Water Authority. The primary building houses vehicle garages, crew amenities, workshops, and offices. The project incorporates sustainable design features including natural lighting and ventilation, water efficient fixtures, use of architectural massing to control solar heat gain, and a cool roof.

Responsibilities included: developed building design, space plan, and interiors. Selected materials and finishes, participated in contract doc. production, specification writing, consultant coordination and construction administration.
