Responsibilities during my years at Andrew Fredman Architect have included both the design and administration of a broad range of projects including several pricey Upper East Side Townhouses, such as: the Sloane Mansion at 18 East 68th Street; a Single-Family Mansion at 11 East 74th Street (described below and shown in plan as an example); A Single-Family Mansion at 119 East 74th Street; and a Single Family Mansion at 115 East 70th Street.
