Freddie B. Salon & Spa - Stand Alone Tenant Improvement

This project entailed taking an old, dilapidated office building and updating it to accommodate a hip new salon and spa.  The existing building's main space had been chopped up into a number of offices, a few cubicles, a couple of restrooms and a small kitchenette.  The challenge with this project was to update the accessibility, the plumbing and the mechanical systems for today's codes, while reclaiming the natural light that had been compartmentalized with the offices.

Since the project was completed in 2009, Freddie B. Salon & Spa has been voted "Best Salon" and "Best Day Spa" by VC Reporter, "Best of Ventura County."
