The owners of this recently-purchased single-family home will now be able to realize its full potential both as income property currently, and possible use as a retirement property down the road. Plans are to fully remodel the interior with all new surfaces and systems, including a new master bathroom addition, upgrades to their existing sunroom, and new impact-resistant windows throughout.
