Due to the passing of my father in late 2011, I took on the responsibility of updating the condo he lived in for the last twenty years of his life. My primary tasks were to obtain management permission for construction, the coordination of design within the building's restrictions, project design, hiring a contractor, and supervising the construction.

My secondary goal was to hire a realtor team and stage the condo for marketing. It sold December 2012. In addition to staging the condo, I took most of the photographs which were uploaded to the realtor marketing web pages.
