Former Hospital Complex in Jersey City, N.J. a few miles from Holland Tunnel is subject  to  comply with the Historical Preservation Society  and New Jersey ADA compliance because of it's historical detail and landmark. It compose of different construction phase. I was involved in most of its historical detail and preservation by providing construction documents. I provided most of the detail installations of every construction phase. I also coordinated with engineers involved in the design. I supplied construction documents for  the renovation of Building B rooftop lounge and recreation area. Most of all, I provided the Engineers in assisting them for placement and access of their mechanical equipment fat the site.
