The Leo F. Kearns Inc. Funeral Home is a one (1) story plus basement non-fireproof structure located at 103-33 Lefferts Boulevard in the Richmond Hill section of Queens, New York. The building is located along the east side of Lefferts Boulevard between 103rd and Liberty Avenues.

The general scope of this project entails extension of the Funeral Chapel #6. Work shall include demolition and reconstruction of the south wall, adjacent stair/landing/canopy, driveway, fence/gate, and trench drain; construction of new foundation walls and footings; modification of the adjacent floor and ceiling/roof structures; installation of new windows, decorative stone panels, and vents; and all associated interior finish work, mechanical work, and electrical modifications.
