A mixed uses scheme where communication with 19th century neighbouring warehouses in Liverpool city centre was in mind.
As front facades along the main street where kept as part of the city conservation plan, the other facades, (attachted here), implement partially zinc cladding plain positioned above solid podium brickwork, a commonplace liverpool feature.
The upper flats entry is defined by a slot feature, which is well rooted within Liverpool city centre heritage dialect, as a former leading port city of international scale (also attached).
