About

Renato has over 10 year experience covering strategic plan, masterplanning, urban design and architecture, with specific interest in heritage and urban environmental objectives. Projects he has been involved with include town center renovation, residential and mixed-use developments, resorts and business parks throughout the Middle East and South-East Asia, Africa, Europe, Central and South America.

He began his career in the surveying and feasibility fields where he gained experience advising clients on business plans and property development. His passion for design, cultural and environmental agenda led him to work overseas and travel widely to gain a strong international outlook, with a well-grounded understanding of different cultures and work relations.

His recent interest for international business has led him to improve his skills in marketing.

He has broad experience creating opportunities and supporting clients’ business plans through urban, landscape and architectural design solutions, with emphasis on economics and sustainability.

As Associate at Woods Bagot Dubai, Renato is Design Leader of large scale developments in the Middle-East and abroad. He has recently developed a concept masterplan for Masdar City and is now working on the revision and completion of the masterplan for Qatar Science & Technology Park.
