Renato has proven experience as Design Leader of small to large-scale masterplans worldwide. Projects Renato has been involved with include island resorts, private spas, golf course communities, R&D campuses, business parks, universities, innovation districts, airport cities, waterfront renovations, town center renovation, residential and mixed-use developments throughout the Middle East and South-East Asia, Africa, Europe, North, Central and South America.

He began his career in the surveying and feasibility fields where he gained experience advising clients on business plans and property development. His passion for design, cultural and environmental agenda led him to work overseas and travel widely to gain a strong international outlook, with a well-grounded understanding of different cultures and work relations.

Renato has excellent design and management skills that include setting strategies, conceptual stages of project initiation as well as design delivery stages and leading the coordination with specialist consultants. He has broad experience creating opportunities and supporting clients's business plans through urban, landscape and architectural design solutions, with emphasis on economics and sustainability.

In the past years, Renato has worked as Associate, Director and Design Leader for Urban Design for respected international design practices. He is now Managing Director of Conde Design, a Urban Design practice operating globally from São Paulo.
