Managed and owned by former HOK directors with 10-15 employees. The firm had a number of hi-rise hotel, hi-rise residential, and masterplans already built in China
Project: Shenyang Residential Master planning – China
Role: Team Leader. Works closely with Design Director for conceptual design stage. Hands-on with free hand drawing, CAD, 3D massing, area spreadsheet and main contact point consultants. Prepared Concept Design package which led to successful presentation and eventually, submission to government. Travels to Shanghai and Shenyang for project meetings.
Project: Shenyang Corporate Villas - China
Role: Works closely with Design Director for conceptual design stage. Hands-on with free hand drawing, CAD, 3D massing & rendering, and area spreadsheet. Prepared the complete Concept Design package

Project: Landscaping Consultancy- Redevelopment of Swimming Pool Complex and Recreation Grounds
Role: Project Manager & drafter - Liaise and coordinate with consultant team and contractor to keep the project milestone as scheduled. Attends project & site progress meeting on regular basis. Developed concept design and construction drawings of all hardscape elements, resulting in timely submission for main contractor bidding.
