Corporate Villas, or otherwise known as VIP villas, encompasses 5 residential structure along the river bank. The client hopes to utilize these villas to accommodate high level executive guest and partners on any Shenyang meeting and affairs. The office is tasked to come up with several design proposals and area-spreadsheet programming.

My Role: Works closely with Design Director for conceptual design stage. Hands-on with free hand drawing, CAD, 3D massing & rendering, and area spreadsheet.
