About

I am a Thesis Student in the 2+4 Architecture program at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. I have worked on many different types of project types and solved many architectural problems through my professional career while working in several firms in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. I have amassed a large collection of modeling and drafting programs from working at such diverse firms, and quickly learn new programs when required. I also enjoy tennis, running through Fairmount Park, and hanging out with my close friends.

Employment

Weber & Company Architects (WCOARC), Project Designer

I worked on several projects while I was on board at the firm which included renovations to a drug rehab building, renovations to classrooms at the University of Pennsylvania, and creating a 3-D model of an apartment complex to help the client visualize the finished product. I was the sole drafts person in the office and worked directly with my boss/principle of the firm.

May 2011 - Aug 2011

Olivieri, Shousky, & Kiss Architects, Project Designer

I worked with one of the principles of the firm to integrate clients wish lists and needs into a coherent and well designed building. Much of the work was upscale vacation homes in the Stone Harbor and Avalon area of New Jersey, with typical building construction cost for the home topping one million dollars. I did much of the code research at the start of each project and often had a defining role in the design of the building.

Aug 2010 - May 2011

James Wentling Architects, Project Designer

I worked once again with the principle of the firm on single and multi family homes in Virginia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. I also was responsible for updating the company website and creating a new visual style for the firm for promotional advertising and publications.

Aug 2009 - Aug 2010

Stuart G. Rosenberg Architects, PC, Project Designer

I worked on a variety of projects including a large commercial shopping center, small tenant fit-outs, and several apartment building renovations. I also was responsible for several building surveys that I was also responsible for drafting in AutoCAD, and then drafting the renovations.
