The school site is in Nahavand, Iran which has cold and dry climate. Wind can be unpleasant in cold and dry climate against the warm climates. Cube form is the best form for cold climates because there are less walls in touch with the cold air so, I designed the school building form such a solid cube. In addition, I oriented this cube on the main geographical directions because, only the west wall will be against the wind. Actually half of the walls of the curve form will against the wind but, only 1/4 of walls in cube form against it. So, I designed the school in an atrium which has covered by combination of glass and solar cell plates. Saving solar energy is very important in Nahavand as a cold and dry climate.

Also, there is an inner yard in the corner of school. This yard is especially for art and music classes. Students can do different activities there, for example they can perform and play music. Other students can seat on the stairs and enjoy the performance.
