Project Manager, LAUSD Renovation + Repair. Involved in carrying the project from schematic design to DSA submittal. Produced details and architectural set in coordination with engineers.

Project Designer, Highland Valencia Mix Used Development. Involved in early design process from per design to schematic design. Generated BIM Model, presentation graphics and renderings

Designed landscaping and cover patio for a residential house by coordinating with client. Received approval from association, oversaw the project occasionally, and counseled the client for any potential changes during construction phase.

Designed a permanent roof replacing an existing temporary roof for Best Western Hotel in Newport Beach, California. Produced architectural drawings for coordination with engineers and initial discussion with the City.

Involved in designing 600 SF. addition to an existing single family home in Mission Viejo, California. Generated architectural drawings and graphics for presentation and discussion with the City regarding the scope of work, requirements, and timeline. The project is currently under construction.

Produced construction drawings, presentation graphics, solar studies, and walkthrough animations. Conducted clash detection and coordinated the drawings with consultants. Properly addressed DSA and QAQC comments and approved the project through DSA.
