New prototype educational facility employing a broader purview of sustainable and pedagogical considerations. Nine phased construction process that replaced the existing high school while building the new (students did not miss a single day of school due to construction). Approximately 225,000 SF, and delivered by project team on time and $1.2MM under budget.
