- Schematic and final design for exterior and interior building.
- Draft architectural Blueprints.
- Draft constructive details. 
- Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials and equipment. 
- Draw up costs and schedules associated with construction project.
- Leading individual and team contributor for design problem - solving.
- Conducted research needed to complete architectural projects.
- Prepare drawings for statutory approvals.
- Liaising with key 3rd party suppliers and partners.
- Managing the construction process to ensure that the project is running on time and to budget.
- Ensuring the cohesion of the end to end project architecture.
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client.
- Dealing with any problems that might come up during building. 
- Prepare interior and exterior renders to present to the client.
