Grace Assembly of God Church

This lighting scheme drew on the inspiration from the fatherly hands of god; we imagine the vertical planes of the stone curving walls as a pair of welcoming hand; we emphasise on using vertical illumination to accent the four storey height atrium with wall washing technique as well as serving as functional lighting.
Shafts of light beams through the circular skylight, emulating moonlight that reinforces the additional illumination level for functions and events
At night, the illumination exudes from within the space as a beacon of light, reaching out and connecting with the neighbourhood.
 
The place of worship itself is proposed to intrigue an almost sympathetic emotional space, where the focus is on God itself.
