Ascent, Singapore

Ascent, is a 52,000 m2 mixed development building located at the intersection of Science Park Drive & South Buona Vista Road in Singapore. This campus like business development designed by UK Architecture firm, S333, was awarded the Building Construction Authority of Singapore's Greenmark Platinum award in 2015.

The guiding lighting principles are to create a highly efficient lighting scheme, attractive, and encourage spill over activities at night. Limelight atelier has designed a  330meters "ribbon of light" for it's night identity and clarity with a refreshing selected colour temperature to match the Facade glass. Adequate percentile of  illumination are set and pre-determined to avoid a overly distracting element, and taking into consideration of a nearby healthcare premises diagonally opposite the building.
