Lampwork Lofts, Oakland

Located at 1614 Campbell in Oakland, CA, Lampwork Lofts is a rehabilitation and conversion of a historic lamp manufacturing warehouse into 92 live-work and residential units. The 116,000-square-foot design subdivided the interior space to take advantage of structure, light, and the existing industrial architectural character of the four-story brick warehouse building. Unique interior features include atypical unit layouts, preservation of industrial details, and ceilings ranging from 14 to 24 feet high.

WINNER: Best of American Living Awards, Silver Award - Adaptive Reuse/Multifamily (2014)

WINNER: San Francisco Business Times, Real Estate Deals of the Year: Best Market-Rate Residential Outside of SF (2014)
