Outstanding in the Final Thesis.

The proposal is focused on reactivation of a detached area of the city by the rehabilitation of an industrial complex in disuse as potential node proposed. The intention is to provoke a urban impact to help the social inclusion of this part of the population. To do this we generate a social equipment that is adapted to the current needs and provides the opportunity to this place to recycle existing architectures and rescue the landscaping possibilities of the Cali River.
