The target of this thesis was to propose a complex design for the presently half abandoned industrial area of old textile factory; which we can also qualify as Brownfield. The aim of my work was redistribution and application of new functions together with preserving of most of the industrial buildings and new proposal of spacious exterior public spaces as spaces for resting, relaxing, culture and other activities for inhabitants and visitors with notable abundance of greenery and with access to the river. My project identifies several problems of the given area which were important for the next progress of my work and included an analysis of the present state with the perspective of wider, operational, functional and compositional relations. Content has been processed using all information and data available (mainly from field survey) concerning the area given and its further tendencies to develop.
