TYPE AND SURVEYING

Project developed in the IV International Design Workshop Urban AA (Architectural Association School of Architecture ) / UFPE (Federal University of Pernambuco) that had as study focused on social housing and urban mobility in the construction of a urban design proposal for the North Avenue Arraes Miguel de Alencar, in Recife.

The project has three home types: the slope house, the house slope and the house-bridge. The intention was to highlight the project the relationship between the building and the topography. Types are suited to different geographical situations, including over rough terrain, very common situation faced in projects of social housing. All are accessible by two level of quotas and the difference this project does not exceed 1.5 meters. These two levels generate adaptations to different types of topography, with adaptive ladder to the required gap. Through the permutations of the typologies, a dynamic urban design is generated, a landscape with unique situations and that adapts easily to different contexts.
